Jasmine Seaforth is a native of Trinidad and Tobago and a Graduate of the University of South Wales, where she completed her BSc. (Hons) Renewable Energy Systems with First Class Honours. Jasmine returned to her home country, where she gained employment with the Ministry of Public Utilities as a Renewable Energy Engineer working on the implementation of Renewable Energy, Energy Conservation and Energy Efficiency policies for the utilities sector of Trinidad and Tobago.
Jasmine is a business professional with over 5 years’ experience in the energy and manufacturing sector. She has managed several projects from concept to completion. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Strategy and Finance, with Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
Jasmine is also the co-founder of a Renewable Energy and Engineering start-up company, Better TT, which focuses on the promotion of Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Energy Conservation in Trinidad and Tobago and the greater Caribbean, whilst providing educational, engineering and manufacturing services that will create a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
