Go Wales - Activities for Health Awareness week 13th -17th May


The Go Wales are raising awareness of Mental Health Awareness Week 13 May - 17 May.  They will be focussing on the 5 ways to wellbeing – 

  • Take Notice
  • Connect
  • Be Active
  • Keep Learning
  • Give

The team will have a table this week in:

  • Newport Campus (Monday 12-2)
  • Cardiff  Campus (Tuesday 12-2)
  • Treforest Campus (Wednesday 12-2) 

They will be  having a chat to staff and students while making woolly pom-poms, making a quilt for charity and collecting unwanted Make-up for ‘Give and Make-up’ (Read more here: https://ninarossbeauty.wordpress.com/2015/06/17/give-and-makeup-charity-and-what-im-donating/ ).
