USW Springboard 2030, Graduate Programme

The University will soon be launching it’s USW Springboard 2030 graduate programme, which is just for you, USW Class of 2020 graduates.

There will be several paid opportunities working on projects across the University that will have a real benefit for you and be a fantastic opportunity for you to use your skills and gain some excellent experience.

Internships will be for 4 months (or equivalent if part-time) and you will also benefit from a full programme of training and development, including the ILM Award in Leadership and Management.
