Valleys Steps is a charity that delivers free self-help courses in the communities of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend. Our new student project, Steps to Student Wellbeing, aims to co-produce a range of support for student wellbeing, working with students to develop services for students. To do this, we need you! Your contribution will be invaluable for making sure what we develop is right for students which is key to the project success. Ultimately, the project is trying to reduce the number of students who need to access crisis services by developing support that is accessible and tailored to students' needs. More broadly, we would like to work towards building a positive open environment around mental health in colleges and universities in the RCT and Merthyr areas.
