We offer careers appointments for USW students and graduates.

We also offer our ‘Ask a Question’ service where you can send us any career-related questions.  This guidance service enables you to access careers support online, and includes the option of sending your CV, covering letter or application for checking.  

These services are available to students and graduates of the University of South Wales (including partner colleges).

Appointments

Currently we offer careers appointments via Microsoft Teams (video),  telephone and when available face-to-face on all campuses to all our students and graduates. 

Teams appointments
Students - you will be called via  Microsoft Teams at the time of your appointment.   
Graduates - you will receive an invite to join a Microsoft Team meeting.

You can book a careers appointment with any of our Careers Advisers however we advise that, if available, try to book with the careers adviser specific to your faculty or subject area.

Additional information

  • Please provide as much relevant information as possible when booking the appointment. This will assist the Adviser. 
  • The appointment may not take place if you are not logged in to Teams / have clicked the invite link (graduates) at the time of the appointment.
  • It is agreed that neither the student / graduate nor the Adviser will record the interview. 
  • The Adviser reserves the right to terminate the session if they feel the need to do so.
  • Please cancel your appointment if it is no longer required.
