Computer Forensics/Network Security
Computer forensics is essentially about data recovery, but rather than just recovering lost or hidden data from computers or digital storage media doing it in a way that preserves it and audit trail which could be used in legal or civil proceedings.
Security is about maintaining the integrity of systems to make sure the data in them is safe i.e. keeping it locked up safe from those who might want to steal or corrupt it.
