Welsh Goverment Finance Graduate Trainee Scheme

Welsh Government is offering a fully-funded development programme, leading to professional qualification through the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants(ACCA). Providing an opportunity to work as part of a highly skilled group of financial professionals in the public sector where the chance to develop skills and knowledge is excellent.

Finance within Welsh Government is responsible for the delivery of Finance and Accounting Services, including advice on complex accounting matters, the handling of high profile financial issues, and the preparation of Financial accounts both at Department and on a consolidated basis.

Placements will be for up to 11 months working on a project that will stimulate and challenge individuals.

Welsh Data Science Graduate Programme

Unique to Wales, this innovative, new programme is managed by the Welsh Contact Centre Forum and delivered by global employers and academia in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

Alongside structured training and development whilst having a mentor, you will study for a part-time, fully funded MSc in Data Science, designed by employers. The qualification is designed to enable and reinforce application of knowledge through work based projects and a final research project.

We are seeking 25 talented and highly motivated graduates with a minimum of a 2.1 degree in science, technology, engineering, statistics, mathematics or similar technical discipline, to join the programme on 1/10/18.
