About to graduate, have you heard about the new national graduate survey?
A new national survey capturing the activities and perspectives of graduates is launching at the end of the year. The responses to this Graduate Outcomes survey will be crucial in allowing current and future students to make informed choices and in helping us to evaluate and promote our courses.
Graduates will be contacted around 15 months after graduation to take part. To support the survey, the university is required to hold accurate contact details for you, including a personal email address, at least one telephone number, and a postal address (this can be a parental/guardian address).
We would be very grateful if you could now please review and update the details we currently hold about you – which you can update here. Information that you update with us will be reflected on your University record. Details you may provide within the Graduate Outcomes process will also be supplied to the University for use on your graduate record. There may be additional questions posed during the Graduate Outcomes survey that we would also value your response to.*
*As a student and graduate (alumnus/a), your information is held securely by the University of South Wales and will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 – and as of May 2018, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 . Any updates you provide will amend your existing University record for the purposes of executing HESA’s Graduate Outcomes survey – and upon graduation, and where consent has been provided, information provided by you will also be used for education, social, administrative and fundraising development purposes. Changes to your graduate communication preferences or interests can be actioned within one month of receiving a written request from you.
