Quantity Surveyor role & career path:
On-site construction role that oversees entire projects from initial calculations to final figures
Measuring from plan drawings and isometrics to produce fully-priced, detailed bills of quantities
Tracking costs and labour throughout projects
Preparing costs for variations and producing monthly valuations
Opportunity to be managing projects after 2 years
