Students with Disabilities Officer at USWSU Stephen O’Shea recently did work experience organised by GO Wales.

USW is a very enabling organisation and I firmly believe that help is here, but sometimes it can be hard to access.

Then I found out about GO Wales. I had an opportunity to experience a placement in the HR Department at USW and I discovered that I could use my skills and knowledge without feeling excluded and I felt more confident as a student with a disability. The opportunity made me realise that I wanted to share this experience with other students at USW.

GO Wales is here and it can help you build on your skills and confidence not only in a workplace but also in the classroom.“
