Change 100 is an award-winning internship programme that matches top UK employers with talented disabled students and graduates. Through paid summer placements, mentoring and professional development sessions successful applicants gain the confidence, skills and networks to kickstart their career.
In this session you will have the chance to speak to the Change 100 lead on recruitment and selection and to find out what makes a successful application. You’ll also talk about disability in employment- how and when to disclose a disability, top tips for asking for reasonable adjustments and how Change 100 can boost disability confidence in the workplace
