We currently support people in South East Wales and have specialist teams who are able to support with a variety of needs. We have specialist support teams to work with people with dementia and other complex conditions that affect the way you live your life. Each branch is registered with CSSIW and all and all managers are registered with the Care Council for Wales.

We are currently looking for volunteers to join our team to befriend and help people to declutter their homes while providing opportunities for reminiscence.
