Our online careers information, advice and guidance (Ask a Question) service is available to students and graduates of the University of South Wales and its franchise colleges only.
Use this service to ask us a question or questions especially if you are unable to book an appointment with a Careers Adviser.
Questions can include CV reviews, discussions on postgraduate study, job seeking strategies and techniques, assessment centre preparation and counselling on career options and opportunities.
Graduates, please note that Unilife Connect Ask a Question will be unavailable between 8am – 12pm on 16 January due to planned maintenance.
- Appointments cannot be booked or cancelled via this service.
- Reply emails from the Careers Service to your query could go in your junk email folder. Be sure to check your junk email folder and add it to your safe email address list.
- Stored client records are held in accordance with data protection legislation and our Code of Confidentiality. You should, however, be aware that careers queries and advisers responses are not encrypted before being electronically stored and we, therefore, need to remind you of the low risks of unsecured communication on the Internet.
- If your query is related to CVs, please watch the guide here and adapt your CV before you submit.
